1. Terms of Service
Welcome to NetCanva. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Service Scope: NetCanva provides Mobile App and website design, development, maintenance services. The specific scope of work (SOW) for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- User Obligations: You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (logos, text, images, Domain) and access to required hosting environments.
- Payment Terms: Fees are strictly as per the agreed quotation. We typically follow a milestone-based payment structure (e.g., 40% upfront, 40% on design approval, 20% on launch).
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur.
2. Privacy Policy
NetCanva is committed to protecting your data under the Indian DPDP Act 2023.
Data Collection: We collect names, email addresses, and business details only when voluntarily submitted via contact forms.
Purpose of Processing: We use your data to communicate regarding projects, send invoices, and provide technical support.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive information.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party tools necessary to fulfill our service.
Grievance Officer: Any privacy concerns can be directed to the CPGRAMS portal in compliance with Indian law.
3. Intellectual Property
NetCanva retains ownership of preliminary designs and developer tools.
Upon final payment, exclusive ownership of the final "look and feel," custom graphics, and bespoke code is transferred to the Client.
4. Refund Policy
- • Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- • Early cancellations incur a 20% admin fee.
- • No refunds post-launch or delivery.
5. Project Suspension
Projects with no feedback for 15+ days are marked "On Hold" and may incur a restart fee. Breach of terms allows termination with 14 days' notice.
6. Client Acceptance
The 7-Day Rule:
Milestones are "Deemed Accepted" if no feedback is received within 7 business days of delivery.
